The moment you all have been waiting for! The second Nintendo Papercraft contest! This time, the theme will be....



So let's get started with the rules:

-1 entry per person. You can edit your model after posting, so that you can obtain feedback from members or other contestants
-You have to make the model yourself. Don't use an existing papercraft
-The craft should be made during the period of this contest. You may not submit a papercraft that you made before this contest started
-The model somehow needs to be connected to POKéMON
-You may rip from games for models
-You need permission from your parents to give out your address to me*
-You agree that your submission may be posted on the blog.
-You won't argue about the prize you win or in what place you ended in this contest
-Each entry needs to have a picture of the assembled papercraft with it**
-Your submission should be submitted before December 15 2008
-Your entry should have both a lined and lineless template for download, preferably in PDF format.

*Your address will not be used for anything else then sending your prize to when you win. I, Drummyralf, will be the only one who will see your address, The adress will not become public to other people.
**you don't need a professional camera for this. Even a webcamshot will do. Just prove that the papercraft is buildable. A better picture does provide people a good look of the craft though.

To submit your entry, make a new topic in the POKéMON forum with your username+ the craft's name as a topic title. REQUEST TOPICS AND 'WHAT SHOULD I MAKE" TOPICS WILL BE DELETED! Only start a topic once you have a WIP (Work in Progress) or final papercraft!

The thing in package is a Staravia keychain in a Pokeball.

The one that ends up getting the first prize may choose one of these figures. The #2 may choose after #1 has chosen, and #3 can choose his prize after #1 and #2 have chosen.

Voting will be like last time: Members pick out 3 papercrafts, giving from 1-3 points to their favourite crafts.

The prize will be sent to your home address. When you win I will PM you asking what your address is. As soon as I sent the prizes away, I will delete the PM's with the addresses. Nintendo Papercraft will pay the shipping cost, but will not cover any import costs that might apply to your country. This is very unlikely to apply though.

oh, this seems fun! though i doubt i'll come anywhere close to winning because i am not very good at designing yet and i don't have model ripping equipment... i make mine in sketchup. aww, contemplation...i suppose it never hurts to try? maybe? oh, i don't know!

Oh Oh.... i start exams again this thursday and they end on the 17!!! then ill try to finish my model (or at least edit it completely in meta) this weekend... GOTTA WORK!!

I think the end date is such for two reasons- to correlate with the marathon, and to make it easier to post a Pokemon craft each day. There's only so many crafts, you know? Well, it's not to go with the marathon, since the marathon is on the 19th of December. So that reason drops...

how much would cost sent the prizes to spain?

It would cost me about 3 euros for the dioramas and keychain, and 7 euros for the plushie. Don't worry. You won't have to pay any shipping cost if you win.

oh, wow you're actually paying for it? That's generous. But then again, that was pretty obvious from the start considering you made this whole blog of FREE papercrafts. some cites make you pay, which is a complete ripoff.
